Make Your Event Seamless!

Wedding and Event Installation

ALWAYS make sure you have enough time when setting up for an event! You should be finished at least one hour before the guests start to arrive. There is nothing worse than realizing you are running out of time. I have learned this one the hard way.

It’s very stylish for the flowers to be fully open because it shows the natural beauty of the flowers. It can be a bit tricky as flowers are so unpredictable, but once you get it down you will see why it’s worth it. Make sure you have extra flowers on hand in case they start to wilt or turn brown. Double check all of your centerpieces before the event and replace any questionable flowers … and be especially careful with hydrangeas and gardenias!

Please remember that your event is not a disco. Keep the lighting intimate. If your centerpieces have lighting, be sure it’s not directly in the guests eyes.
